I’m not gonna lie.

I overthink, overreact, or whatever you want to call it. When things happen, I start to believe this is it. It’s the end of the world.

Anybody else like this????

As a Christian, I KNOW this isn’t a good attitude. I know that God is in control and it’s all in His hands.

Does this make me change the way I think?

Unfortunately, nope. I still overreact. I still overthink. I still think it’s the end of the world.

Then God steps in (probably rolling His eyes at me) and tells me to stop being dramatic. He’s got this.

And I KNOW He does.

I guess it’s just me being human. But hey, aren’t we all?

I once heard Dr. David Jerimiah tell a story of a man who was asked what his favorite verse was. The man said , “And it came to pass…”

Not it came to stay. Or it came to linger. It came to pass.

Not sure if that’s the right interpretation, but hey…I like it.

My friends, every storm we go through will eventually pass. We will soon see the other side.

Yea, I know. I will try taking my own advice here!

Just remember the many storms God has already brought you through when you face another battle.

And remember, this too shall pass.
