…Um…

…*sigh*…

Ever been there? You start, and your heart is so overwhelmed that no words will come.

You lay in bed and try to pray, but all you can do is cry. All you can get out is “Dear Jesus”.

I promise you’re not alone.

We have all been there…and if you haven’t, be VERY GRATEFUL!

But you know what His word tells us?

‭‭Romans‬ ‭8:26‬ says,
“Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.”

See? Even when the words won’t come, the Holy Spirit intercedes for us. Isn’t it absolutely amazing that we have a Father in Heaven that gives us His spirit that can comfort, that can tell Him the words that our broken hearts can’t say.

Wow. My heart is comforted just by those words.

When I can’t speak, He still hears my heart. He still knows my needs!

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭6:8‬ ‭tells us, “Therefore do not be like them. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him.”

He knows what I need BEFORE I even ask. He knows my heart before I ever utter a word or better yet, when I CANNOT utter a word.

My friends, isn’t our God AMAZING!

Remember that no matter what your heart is going through, He knows.

Good or bad, He knows, and His Holy Spirit intercedes for you.
