My husband and I were hunting a few days ago in the woods by our house. It’s not a dense area, but you do have to watch your steps. I haven’t trampled through there anywhere near as much as he has.

So as we walked, I watched his steps. I try to step where he steps and let him lead because he knows where to walk safely.

As we were walking, my mind went to comparing what I was doing with our daily walk with Jesus.

As we’re walking through life, if we keep our eyes ahead of us on Him, He will safely lead our steps. He will show us the path we should be on just as my husband showed me which path to stay on as we walked through the woods.

My friends, let Him lead you. Let Him show you the path you should be on. When you do, your footsteps won’t falter on an unknown hole or hazard in life.
